1.HOW FRAME WORK DONE






THE E-NORM V2 frame is planned at CAD and FEM is dimensioned accordingly. The metal parts are cut at the laser, in a device the frame is assembled and welded with TIG method. All the necessary recesses and implementations for the electrical installation are already included.
The total weight of the frame including fork, stand etc. is approx. 12kg.

2. WHAT ARE THE ASSEMBLY COMPONENTS?

Frame and fork provide enough space for 3.00 tires. A stand can be used in the fork. The rear wheel width would also be possible with 120mm.
As a braking system, mech. Disk brakes from AVID with 210mm u.140mm.
The total weight without battery is approx. 26kg. A 48V battery has a weight of 7.0kg, whereby the charger is not contained in the battery box.

After the powder coating, standard parts are usually installed by various accessories dealers. The drive is powered by a rear wheel hub motor of Golden Motor HBS36R with 250W-1,000Watt in the Ebike or Pedelecmus mode.
The power is defined by the installed battery 24-48V. Programming via controller software ... see photo. 
The battery box of the V2 frame can be 2pcs. 48V with 15AH LifePO4 batteries including cable harness and controller. The charge is carried out via two loading sockets arranged on the side.
24mm hollow-chamber rims with a width of 100mm are used as rear and front wheels.
